Fox buys Roku for $22 billion

Roku has a buyer! Fox is buying Roku for $22 billion in a deal that gives the company a much bigger foothold in streaming and digital advertising. Fox expects the acquisition to close in 2027 and says it should generate about $400 million in annual cost savings.
