I’m not sure why but when I was listening about gaming and Mac’s you omitted iMac’s which are pretty capable of playing these games. Especially the the people with the 5K screens. I wish Blizzard would just do it, and make it work with Metal for those machines, because they ones that have the money to buy those machines are going to have money to buy their games!
We did mention iMacs and Patrick mentions them in his article too. The 21-inch iMacs have integrated GPUs and even the 27-inch iMacs have a mobile GPU running the 5K screen. That takes a high toll on 3D performance.
