Meta faces potential DSA fine

The European Commission issued preliminary findings that Meta failed to adequately prevent children under 13 from accessing Facebook and Instagram, potentially breaching the Digital Services Act after a nearly two-year probe. If confirmed, penalties could reach up to 6% of global revenue, which was $201 billion in 2025.
