  1. Regarding your discussion about curated playlists in music. I doubt that they will work better than algorithmic playlists. The real reason for them is for payola. I believe the producers what to put their favorite pet project on the top of everybody’s lists.
    Google puts “sponsored links” on the top of search results, but at least they’re clearly marked. Your playlists will be full of music you’re supposed to be listening to, not what you like.
